San Bernardino County has distributed an emergency notification regarding the National Weather Service Extreme Heat Warning currently in effect for the San Bernardino Valley and Inland Empire.
This is a prolonged heat event continuing through Thursday, October 8. Combined with forecast winds and the potential for electrical-service impacts, partners should maintain situational awareness for impacts to vulnerable populations, cooling resources and continuity of community services.
