Membership in the San Bernardino County Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (SBCOVOAD) connects your organization to a trusted network of partners committed to helping our communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.

By joining SBCOVOAD, you’ll collaborate directly with nonprofits, faith-based and community organizations, businesses, tribal partners, and government agencies across the county — sharing resources, training opportunities, and communication channels that make coordination faster and more effective when it matters most.

Who Should Join

SBCOVOAD welcomes any organization or agency that plays a role in community preparedness, response, or recovery, including:

  • Community-based and volunteer groups
